Thomas Nighswander is the organizer and photo instructor for Michigan's largest and most active photography Meetup group, "Michigan Photo Adventures." He is also the workshop organizer and photography instructor for National Photography Workshops. He has over 1600 members between the two groups. Tom teaches and focuses on landscape and fine art nature photography around the Great Lakes and the nation's parks. He has been a working pro for over 20 years. His work has taken him from Michigan to Waikiki and many places in between. Tom also recently won grand prize for Fuji North America Breathtaking Landscapes contest. He currently resides in Ann Arbor, MI and travels and teaches workshops with his groups weekly.
